Romford’s trusted heating engineers since 2009
A local, Gas Safe registered team built on honest advice, premium workmanship and treating every customer the way we’d want to be treated.
Built on doing right by our customers
Ashcroft Plumbing & Heating was founded in 2009 with a simple belief: that local people deserve a heating company they can genuinely trust. Over 17 years later, that belief still drives everything we do.
We started out fixing boilers across Romford and Harold Hill, and grew through recommendation alone — one happy customer telling another. Today we install premium A-rated boilers, refit beautiful bathrooms and keep homes warm right across the London Borough of Havering, but we’ve never lost that local, personal touch.
As a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer and CIPHE member, we hold the credentials to do the job properly — and we put our Gas Safe registration number front and centre, because trust should be earned and verifiable.
Our values aren’t a poster on the wall
They’re the reason customers come back to us year after year — and recommend us to their friends, family and neighbours.
Safety first, always
Every engineer is Gas Safe registered and our work is carried out to the letter of the regulations. Your family’s safety is never compromised.
Honest, transparent pricing
No call-out charges, no hidden extras and no pressure. You get a clear fixed price before we start, and that’s the price you pay.
Pride in our work
Tidy installs, neat pipework and a spotless finish. We take genuine pride in a job done well — and it shows.
Treating people right
We turn up when we say we will, explain things clearly and treat your home with respect. Most of our work comes from word of mouth.
Qualified, registered and properly accountable
We hold the credentials that protect you — and we put our registration number front and centre so you can verify us in seconds.
