How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. An annual service keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently and is usually required to keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid. We can send you a yearly reminder so it never slips your mind.
How much is a boiler service?
A standard annual boiler service starts from £79 for a single boiler. We offer discounts for landlords and customers with multiple properties, and you can combine a service with a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate to save.
Will servicing keep my warranty valid?
Yes. Most boiler manufacturers require proof of an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer to honour the guarantee. We keep your service records in order so your warranty stays protected.
What does Gas Safe registered mean?
Gas Safe Register is the official list of engineers legally allowed to work on gas appliances in the UK. By law, anyone fitting, repairing or servicing a gas boiler must be Gas Safe registered. Every Ashcroft engineer is registered, and you can check our registration number on the Gas Safe Register website at any time.
